You will provide expert clinical oversight, including safeguarding and risk management, while also delivering direct support to young people, families and schools where needed. You will support the research trial by maintaining fidelity to the intervention model and working collaboratively with education and community partners to improve outcomes for young people.

* Strong collaborative practitioner able to build effective relationships with schools, families and multidisciplinary professionals while working independently when required.
* Effective communication and supervision skills, with the ability to support practitioners, convey complex information clearly and adapt to different audiences.
* Committed to research‑informed practice, maintaining accurate records, upholding confidentiality and ensuring fidelity to intervention models within a trial setting.
Please note: a comprehensive training programme in the intervention and trial requirements will be provided in late August and early September 2026. You must be available to complete this comprehensive training, which is a core requirement for the role.
