Job Title: Production Baker Reports to: H ead Baker & Apprenticeship Training Lead Based in: Luminary Bakery Cafe N16 8RY Hackney Downs Studios, E8 2BT Shifts available: Part Time: Weekends [Saturday & Sunday] Available Shift Patterns: 07:30 - 11:30 07:30 - 15:30 Salary: £14.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Purpose: Supporting the Luminary bakery team where needed, whether it’s a large corporate order of Letterbox Brownies; fulfilling consumer orders from the e-commerce store; or icing and decorating Celebration Cakes for special occasions (i.e. weddings).
