We’re looking for a well-organised, detail‑driven STOCK CONTROLLER / PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR to join a south west Car Parts Supplier, working from their Exeter branch. This role is ideal for someone with a Parts or administration background who enjoys computer-orientated work and is confident using multiple spreadsheets and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate stock levels
* Raise purchase orders
* Adjust min/max stock settings
* Handle inter‑branch stock transfers
* Communicate with suppliers by phone and email
What You’ll Need
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working between multiple spreadsheets
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable with phone and email communication
* Experience in stock control or procurement is beneficial
* MAM database experience is a bonus but not essential

Working hours
* Mon–Fri: 8:00–17:00 or 08:30–17:30
* Every third Saturday: 08:30–12:30
