Offer description

- 6 months contracts with local authority

*
o Assist in evaluating supported accommodation providers.
* Monitor and address inquiries and issues from the general inbox.
* Guide residents to suitable internal or external services such as mental health support, addiction assistance, and benefits advice.
* Schedule and oversee appointments for key workers, maintenance, and external services.
* Maintain records and manage the Housing Management Systems.


Requirements

* Knowledge of Supported Accommodation and/or Housing Benefit is essential.
* Previous experience in Supported Accommodation is preferred.
* Strong customer service and communication abilities.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in IT, including MS365 applications like Teams and Outlook.
