I am currently looking for a sales specialist to look after a region encompassing Lancashire, Cumbria, Cheshire, Merseyside and North Wales
Role summary
This is an exciting role, focused on nurturing and developing sales within a theatre based environment.
This will be achieved through:
* To identify, develop and provide an excellent service to all customers (including theatre managers, consultants and matrons)
* To introduce the agreed promoted products to the appropriate customer base.
* To provide high quality training, service, and therapy knowledge on product ranges to all customers.
* Develop strong relationships with Key Customers
* Maximise efficiency and productivity, particularly to optimise customer-facing activities within the designated territory.
* Plan and prioritise sales activities that drive customer engagement and progression of pipeline.
* Utilise Salesforce to keep accurate business and call records
* Liaise with company colleagues regarding contacts and business opportunities.
* Provide critical information and market intelligence that support the commercial team for tender processes.
* Keep abreast of developments and trends within the market place
Skills and experience required.
You’ll have:
* Degree level in Business or Life Sciences
* Proven track record in the medical device market
* Ideally, experience of selling into a theatre based environment
* Proven record of achieving growth
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
