Office Based in Greater Manchester, UK Wide Site Visits

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 (DOE) & Car Allowance

The Opportunity
They are looking for a Contracts Manager with a strong background in joinery, construction leadership, and build projects. You'll oversee 2-3 simultaneous projects ranging from £150K-£3M-covering demolition, extensions, groundworks and full-scale build works.
Project Types Include
1. Historic conversions
2. New Build Public Houses
3. Healthcare builds and upgrades
Key Responsibilities
4. Lead multiple UK-wide projects (typically 3 jobs/week over 12-week programmes)
5. Manage site and office operations-no remote setups due to communication challenges
6. Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high-quality finishes
7. Forward planning & programme ownership
8. Deliver joinery-intensive work with precision and detail
9. Collaborate closely with the Senior Management

10. Strong joinery background and eye for detail
11. Proven leadership in construction and site safety
12. Highly organized, self-driven and motivated
13. Experience in hospitality or healthcare builds ideally
14. Happy to be office based in the North West & visiting sites UK Wide
15. Comfortable with both site and office presence
