Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver strong sales leadership to drive store performance and exceed targets
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team focused on customer service excellence
* Manage all retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance
* Oversee recruitment & training to build a skilled, motivated team
* Ensure the store is presented to the highest standards, in line with company guidelines
* Take full P&L responsibility to ensure profitability and effective cost management
* Adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail setting, especially during peak periods

* Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
