Senior Account Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Salary: Up to £90,000 basic + OTE (£180,000)

Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for financial planning and analysis (FP&A)?
We’re representing a leading global software provider in search of an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their UK overlay sales team.
This role focuses on expanding FP&A adoption within an existing customer base primarily those using modern ERP platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to identify new opportunities, position innovative FP&A solutions, and influence senior decision-makers.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to increase FP&A adoption within existing enterprise accounts.
* Act as a trusted advisor, positioning FP&A software as a transformative solution for better planning and decision-making.
* Lead impactful conversations with CFOs and Finance Directors to align technology with strategic objectives.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and consistent quota achievement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in SaaS or FP&A software sales with proven success in account management.
* Deep understanding of financial processes, performance management, and planning cycles.
* Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative, value-driven approach.
