Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Flexible on days and hours)
Schedule: 2-3 days per week initially, with the potential to move to full-time
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Dudley. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is passionate about food preparation and cleanliness. You'll start on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
* Ensure food is stored and handled safely
* Support the kitchen team with general duties as required
* Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above)
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs
