As a Relationship Management Apprentice within our Commercial & Institutional â Commercial Mid Market Team you will :\n\nLiaising with customers and our prospective customers by being focussed on building sustainable, long term relationships â always focussing on the customer experience and delivering positive customer outcomes\nCarrying out telephone meetings with our customers to include service reviews and helping to protect them through fraud/security reviews. You will also attend and take part in face to face customer meetings from time to time\nSupporting the management of our customer contact strategies, through diary planning and booking appointments for our Relationship Managers\nProviding Relationship Managers with well researched briefs and information for their customer meetings\nContributing to the management of risk to ensure we always work within the Bankâs requirements.\nLearning and understanding how to follow a lending request from beginning to end and supporting with the management of the process Taking on an apprentice role could be a fantastic starting point or change for your career. Youâll receive support every step of the way, with guidance, training and mentoring to help you reach your full potential. Your line manager will set you up with goals and an individual learning plan, to help you complete professional qualifications or technical trainings\n\nYour learning journey will include:\n\nHow to build and strengthen customer relationships over the phone, resolve queries, and work with a variety of teams across the organisation to meet customer needs\nHow to investigate and analyse queries accurately, raising concerns with the relevant internal and external parties without delay, escalating where appropriate\nHow to promote new digital services to encourage customers to use these channels Weâre looking for people with a passion for learning and high levels of determination, motivation, and drive to succeed. Youâll have strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels.\n\nYouâll also need:\n\nThe ability to maintain a strong customer focus\nAn innovative and creative mindset\nGood problem solving skills and a proactive and inquisitive mindset, with the ability to challenge and offer solutions\nAn analytical, numerate, and logical skillset with the ability to adapt well to change\nGood planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
