Customer Service Advisor
Location: Warrington, WA4
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30, plus one Saturday every three weeks, 09:00–16:00.
Pay Rate: £12.66 per hour; £15.00 per hour for Saturday work.
Start Date: 03/11/2025
Contract Length: Temporary ongoing, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
Our client is a long-established leader in the vehicle repair industry, working closely with major insurance companies. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Claims and Customer Service Agent to join their fast-paced Warrington team.
The Role
You’ll handle customer claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a team, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and register new claims.
Arrange bookings, collections, and courtesy car allocations.
Maintain accurate records and manage customer queries.
Escalate any issues or complaints appropriately.
About You
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Computer literate and comfortable using databases.
Desirable:
Experience in claims, motor insurance, or body shop environments.
Contact centre experience or knowledge of Advance Bodyshop System.
