4. Develop and implement plans to increase market share, reach new customers, channels and consumers
5. Optimise product and price to drive distribution, sales, and profit.
6. Ensure UK retail commercial strategy aligns with total business strategy.
7. Lead the Commercial Team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of UK Retail should have:
8. Experience managing UK retailers within FMCG at either Senior NAM, Sales Controller or Head of Sales Level.
9. History of developing and delivering growth strategies.
10. Driving and meeting P&L targets.
11. Effective forecasting and accuracy.
12. Business development.
13. Leading and developing high performing sales teams.
14. Effective and honed negotiation skills.
15. Effective communication and presentation skills at a senior Level
16. Building strong strategic relationships both internally and externally.
