This role will be responsible for supporting development, execution and implementation of brand plans in the market – with oversight of every consumer touchpoint (comms, PR, digital, shopper). The role will lead the social media strategy and execution to drive brand consideration as well as lead the conversion strategy, asset development and asset deployment with customers. This role will allow for breadth of experience and capability to allow for development within the LSB organization.**Responsibilities*** Lead the development and delivery of the brand plan in the market* Responsible for delivering conversion strategy / shopper (on/offline) for the brand in the market and adapting assets from globally developed toolkits.* This role will also lead social media for the brand across relevant channels – delivering on brand and on trend content, ensuring quality responses (with escalation as appropriate), proactive outreach, and regular reporting of results fuelling optimisation* Support and participate in core internal / external sales meetings (ie: Customer Brand days / S&OP meetings)* Supporting the brand manager in NPD commercialisation and post-evaluations* Accurate management, phasing, and reporting of local brand budget**Experience you'll bring*** A university degree, plus a solid grounding in marketing and/or FMCG with real commercial experience across brand, shopper, or account management.* A genuine passion for consumers and shoppers — understanding what motivates them and how to win them over.* Strong project‐management confidence, especially in matrix environments where alignment and momentum matter.* A creative, insight‐driven mindset paired with sharp problem‐solving skills — you turn challenges into smart, actionable solutions.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.* A natural self‐starter: proactive, resourceful, and always seeking out opportunities rather than waiting for direction.* A talent for crafting compelling, story‐led presentations that influence, inspire, and drive decisions.* A hands‐on, sleeves‐rolled‐up attitude — always ready to jump in and join the fight against dirty!We are the people behind method + Ecover.
