We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to provide short-term cover during a busy period for a well-established ompany based in Kettering.
This is a fast-paced front-of-house role, ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
2. Managing incoming emails and general enquiries
3. Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries
4. Handling basic administrative tasks and data entry
5. Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
6. Supporting the wider office team as needed during busy periods
About You
7. Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience preferred
8. Strong communication and customer service skills
