About the Role
We're recruiting a Chef Manager to lead the kitchen, preparing nutritious and delicious meals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare daily lunches including roasts, curries, lasagne, chilli, fish & chips, and vegetarian options
Lead a team of 3: 1 kitchen assistant and 2 catering assistants
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock control
Meet dietary and nutritional needsRequirements
Previous experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef
Enhanced DBS (can start on risk assessment while DBS is processed)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
