Early Years Assistant
Hours on offer:
27 hours over 3 days
We will be expanding and moving into our new building very soon
This means we are looking for more like minded practitioners to join our team. We are looking for level 3 qualified practitioners or above.
The successful candidate will be based in one of our rooms working alongside our existing team members. They will receive on the job training and shadow a qualified member of staff to get a feeling for their role.

Requirements:
* Level 3 NVQ/equivalent or higher (Please note TA qualifications obtained after 2014 can not be used in early years practice)
-Must be able to drive and be prepared to travel or have a reliable lift to and from work
* Passionate about child development and helping our children grow
-A love for the outdoors and prepared to be out in all weather conditions
* A love for animals and prepared to be working closely with a variety of different breeds
* A excellent understanding of safeguarding and maintaining the highest standard of care
* At least 1 year experience within a childcare setting is required ( This can be your time spent as an apprentice, gaining your qualification)
