As a Store Manager, you’ll set the standard. You’ll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decisions for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. We’ll support your development, helping you grow your people management skills and get the best out of yourself. It’s an important job, but we think you’re up for the challenge.

We seek a natural leader with a proven track record managing large teams in a busy retail environment. You should be a great communicator, passionate, driven, and able to inspire others to deliver excellent customer service. Experience in an optics business is preferred but not essential.
