An established engineering and manufacturing business is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics, stock control, and operational administration. This role works closely with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure efficient and accurate business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational and logistics support across the business.
* Book goods into stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Assist with stock control and stock management activities.
* Book outbound deliveries and coordinate with couriers and freight providers.
* Chase suppliers regarding lead times, deliveries, and outstanding purchase orders.
* Carry out price checking and support cost-control activities.
* Prepare, check, and maintain operational and job documentation.
* Provide administrative support to operations and warehouse management.
* Liaise with internal teams to support smooth workflow between sales, logistics, and operations.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in an operations support, logistics, warehouse, or administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
* Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
