Sous Chef Events & High-End Catering
We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our events team, delivering exceptional food for some of the most prestigious occasions across London. From banquets and weddings to VIP launches and stadium hospitality, this role offers variety, pace, and the chance to be part of truly memorable experiences.
The Role:
Support the Head Chef in running kitchen operations across multiple events
Lead and inspire a team of chefs to deliver high-volume, high-quality service
Ensure consistency and attention to detail in every dish
Oversee prep, stock management, and HACCP compliance
Adapt to different styles of service, from fine dining to large-scale banqueting
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef in events, fine dining, or high-volume catering
A hands-on leader with strong organisational skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments
Creativity, passion, and a keen eye for presentation
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules
