Key Responsibilities: Play an active role in managing the behaviour of students with Social, Emotional, Communication, and Interaction Difficulties on a daily basis. Support the Team Leader in implementing ongoing behavioural interventions to ensure positive outcomes for students. Maintain and promote effective communication between staff members, ensuring a cohesive approach to behaviour management across the school. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to deliver a holistic approach to student development and well-being. Adapt behaviour support plans as necessary, ensuring students receive the appropriate support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Uphold safeguarding practices to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. What we're looking for: Experience in a leadership or support management role within an educational or care setting, ideally working with students with SEMH and ASD. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders. A proactive, resilient, and flexible approach to managing challenging behaviours and situations. A deep understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to supporting vulnerable learners.
