My client is a provider of legal services to the residential conveyancing sector. Due to growth, they require a Technical Advisor to join the team. The role involves working through existing case files, ensuring compliance, providing training where required and driving quality service. Responsibilities
* Check files at enquiry stage, at reporting stage and at exchange.
* Ensure compliance and that nothing is missed.
* Mentoring and coaching colleagues.
* Adherence to department protocol and systems.
* Quality management of files and advice given.
* Deliver advice and assistance to fee earners.
* Delivery of training to ensure continued competence.
* Responsible for a reduced case load.
* Maintain excellent levels of client care.
The Right Technical Advisor - Residential Conveyancing
* Minimum 10 years' experience within the sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions with extensive experience in title checking and raising purchase enquiries.
* Compliance knowledge.
* Experience at senior conveyancer level.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Good IT skills with experience using a case management system.
* A conveyancing qualification.
* Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results.
