Hospitality Manager – Beachley Barracks
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday with occasional weekend functions.
Location: Chepstow
Salary: £38,600 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all hospitality and catering services on site.
* Manage day‑to‑day soft facilities (FM) service delivery.
* Maintain regular communication with the client and follow up on agreed actions.
* Complete and act on client satisfaction surveys and feedback.
* Promote the Mess facilities and act as a positive representative of the company.
* Ensure all hospitality is delivered to a high standard and actively seek opportunities to increase revenue.
* Manage budgets, monitor costs and sales, and maintain accurate financial records.
* Schedule staff effectively in line with business needs.
* Ensure customer requirements are shared across departments for smooth planning and delivery.
About You
* Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or event management.
* Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and administrative skills.
* Confident using computers and hospitality systems.
* Positive “can‑do” attitude and great attention to detail.
* Passion for food, service, and creating a welcoming environment.
