Junior Sous Chef – Cotswolds
We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef for a lovely dining pub located in a Cotswolds market town. The successful Junior Sous will assist both the Head and Sous Chef in the overall responsibility and daily operations of all sections of the kitchen ensuring the highest standards at all times. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs.

The Person
The successful Junior Sous will have the following
* Experience at junior sous level in a similar environment
* High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
* Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
* Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
* Have the confidence to create and be innovative
