As a Quality Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting food safety processes, monitoring quality checks and ensuring all documentation meets industry standards. ✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* To provide essential administrative support to the Quality function for the Morrisons account
* Ensures accurate and timely documentation, supports compliance activities and facilitates communication between operational teams, customers, and quality leadership
* Maintaining food safety records, coordinating audits, and supporting the delivery of high-quality service to food sector clients
* Update quality documentation including audit reports, CAPAs, SOPs and training records
* Assist in preparation for internal, customer, and third-party audits (e.g., BRCGS, retailer standards)
* Input and manage quality data (e.g., temperature logs, hygiene checks, pest control reports)
* Support the investigation of quality incidents and customer complaints
* Use quality management systems (QMS) and customer portals to upload and manage documentation
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous experience within a Quality role, ideally within a logistics, warehousing or food environment is essential
* Previous Audit experience or knowledge is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & data systems) with the ability to extract and present data
* Familiarity with food safety standards and documentation practices is desirable
* Food safety or quality-related training or certification (HACCP, Food safety) would be desirable
* Have a proactive and collaborative approach
* Ability to challenge in the right way and escalate, where appropriate
