You will lead the commercial partnership strategy for the UK’s premier destination for the world’s fastest-growing sport. By identifying and securing high-impact collaborations with premium wellness and lifestyle brands, you will drive revenue and integrate partners into design‑led social clubs across London, helping redefine the intersection of sports and hospitality.

What You Will Do

* Develop tailored partnership proposals and negotiate complex commercial terms to hit aggressive revenue targets while ensuring long‑term partner satisfaction.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing and Events teams to activate partnerships and ensure every collaboration feels like a seamless part of the club experience.
The Ideal Candidate
* 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or strategic account management within the wellness, fitness, or luxury lifestyle industries.
* Proven track record of building outbound sales pipelines from scratch and successfully negotiating high‑value commercial deals that deliver measurable ROI.Deeply connected to current cultural trends across sport and entertainment, with the creative instinct to design activations that resonate with an affluent, wellness‑forward audience.
