We are now looking for a Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire.
As a Customer Service Team Member your role will include: -
* First point of contact for our customers
* Handling of customer calls
* Responding to internet queries
* Management of surveyor's diaries
* Typing reports
* Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
* Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be:

Hours of work are 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday working: 9am to 5pm.
