Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead (RMN/RNLD)- Hospital
Location: Waltham Abbey, Essex, EN9 3JY
Hours: 40 hours per week (2 days supernumerary/ 2 days on shift)
Pay: £51,396 per year
The Role
* Support the Hospital Director and step into full leadership in their absence
* Provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality care standards
* Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding care for patients with complex mental health needs
* Take responsibility for balancing budgets and contributing to long-term service strategy
Essential Criteria
* NMC registered RMN or RNLD
* Proven management and leadership experience in healthcare/mental health settings
* Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and quality standards
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
