Making your impact
* Managing the shift team in daily activities.
* Leading from the front and managing customer expectations.
* Maintaining, repairing, and supporting equipment within the scope of the contract on the customer's site.
* Ensuring delivery to Dematic and customer expectations, aiming to achieve KPI targets.
* Undertaking AMHE equipment servicing according to quality standards and schedules.
* Performing scheduled repairs following manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.
* Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC, and PC faults and repairing them.
* Prioritizing system faults.
* Complying with health and safety legislation.
* Ensuring the quality of output at all times.
* Accurately recording all work undertaken.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintaining product flow.
* Keeping on-site spares at optimal levels.
* Representing the company professionally and maintaining customer relations.
* Adhering to quality processes and procedures.
* Interacting fully with the customer daily.
* Embracing and delivering key staff processes: attendance, discipline, development.
* Monitoring third-party support contracts to ensure KPI delivery.

Contributing to the team
* Qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (ONC or equivalent).
* IOSH working safely certification (desirable).
* Experience in team management (desirable).
* Foundation qualifications in people management (desirable).
* Recognized engineering apprenticeship.
* Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic manuals and drawings.
* Basic control systems and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of PLC equipment.
* Experience working at heights.
* Experience with conveyor systems.
* Proficiency in PC literacy.
* Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules.
* Understanding of FEM and BS standards in automated warehouses.
* Continuous improvement mentality.
