What you’ll be doing:
1. Processing supplier invoices with accuracy and care
2. Handling supplier and employee queries efficiently
3. Reconciling supplier statements
4. Preparing weekly payment runs
5. Managing employee expenses
6. Supporting ongoing improvements to financial processes
7. Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance ways of working
8. Pitching in with additional finance tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
9. Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk
10. Solid understanding of VAT
11. Strong IT skills, including Excel; experience with SAP Business One is a bonus
12. Excellent attention to detail and superb organisational skills
13. A proactive, positive, self-starter attitude
14. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
15. Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing deadlines
16. Clear, confident communication skills
17. Flexible and adaptable approach
