Assistant Psychologist
Location: Coventry / Warwickshire
Salary: £27,118 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week – based across Probation Offices with some flexibility for home working.
Do you have a strong interest in working with individuals who come into contact with the criminal justice system? St Andrew’s Outpatient Service has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Psychologist to work within a neurodevelopmental service for adults in partnership with some of our neighbouring Trusts.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist qualified psychologists in assessing adults for ASD and ADHD using ADOS‑2 and other relevant psychometrics, with full training provided.
* Support the administration and writing of clinical reports in collaboration with a team of clinicians.
* Facilitate effective communication within the NPS and with other agencies (primary care, specialist mental health services, social care, third sector) to ensure continuity of care.
* Deliver face‑to‑face interventions at Probation Offices across Coventry and Warwickshire, and provide remote sessions when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant master’s degree in psychology or upper‑second class honours degree (or relevant work experience).
* Eligible for Graduate Membership of the British Psychological Society.
* Experience as an Assistant Psychologist is desirable.
* Some experience in ASD/ADHD assessment preferred; training and supervision will be provided.
* Valid driving licence; travel outside Coventry/Warwickshire reimbursed for training purposes.
