Job purpose
We are seeking a motivated and charismatic individual fluent in Turkish to join our admissions team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on student recruitment from Turkey and Turkic-speaking countries, involving travel to Turkey and maintaining relationships with recruited students and their families. The goal is to ensure a steady cohort of 20 Turkish students at Ashbourne.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recruit students from Turkey and Turkic-speaking countries, maintaining a cohort of 20 students.
2. Develop relationships with partners, agents, and schools to support recruitment.
3. Travel to relevant countries for recruitment activities and visits.
4. Provide accurate information about Ashbourne, admissions, and student life.
5. Manage relationships with students and families, supporting their integration and wellbeing.
6. Create marketing content for Turkish platforms and translate key documents.
7. Assist with administrative tasks related to student recruitment and application processing.
8. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and students.
