What you'll be doing:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects when teachers are absent.
* Using your group leadership skills to keep lessons engaging, structured, and purposeful.
* Acting as a role model, helping students to stay motivated and focused throughout the school day.
* Supporting pupils with different needs, including those with behavioural or learning challenges.
* Creating a safe, respectful environment where every student feels encouraged to participate.
* Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement.
