This is an exciting time to be joining the friendly and supportive team at Sunley Court, based in Kettering. You will play a major part in providing the domiciliary care service to our residents and promoting Independent Living to the over 55’s.

1. Role: Care Assistant
2. Hours: Part time, 17 hours per week (2 shifts - 22:00 - 07:30) with an unpaid break. Working on 4 week rota and does involve working every other weekend.
3. Salary: £13.64 ph
4. Location: Sunley Court, Pipers Hill Road, Kettering, NN15 7RJ
Please note - this role will involve lone working, however a Team Leader will be onsite.

As a Care Assistant Nights, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
5. Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
6. Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
7. Encourage independence and self-belief
8. Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
9. Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
10. Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
11. Passionate about delivering a quality care service
12. Flexible with hours.
