We’re working with a highly regarded independent lettings business in Bristol looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established independent agency with a proud local reputation. The business continues to grow whilst consistently delivering a high level of service and is now looking for an organised and proactive individual who wants to grow with the company long term.

Responsibilities
* Managing tenant maintenance issues
* Liaising with landlords and contractors
* Coordinating repairs and compliance
* Carrying out property inspections
* Managing end-of-tenancy processes
* Handling invoices and property records
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Supporting the wider property team
