Overview
You'll be a passionate individual with Customer Service experience to manage IT requests, support employees and log information onto a database.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high levels of service while remaining professional and adhering to Mitie's policies, procedures and processes.
* Act as the first line of contact for the Mitie team, responsible for the maintenance of all IT equipment.
* Manage IT equipment within meeting rooms to ensure a continuous and efficient service.
* Ensure timely input and output of all associated IT data and live monitoring of performance against SLAs.
* Work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines while effectively managing workloads.
Qualifications
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
* Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
* Good planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality across the site while respecting all stakeholders’ needs.
