This is a great opportunity for an experienced Coffee House (Food and Beverage) professional to drive and lead the team towards improving income and standards at the Orchard Café.
Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Manager (Coffee House), you will manage the food and beverage operation on site, leading the team to ensure excellent customer service and full compliance with COSHH, PEE and other legislation at all times.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the future development of the F&B offer, considering ways things can be done better, more efficiently and in a cost-effective way, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service, cleanliness and presentation.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Coffee House (Food and Beverage) professional who has experience working in a visitor-facing environment.
Qualifications
* Experience of managing a team of people in a hospitality environment
* Hold a current Level 3 Food and Hygiene certificate
* An understanding of financial budgets
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to lead by example and to remain calm under pressure
