Your new role
We are currently looking for teachers who are open to flexible supply work across the Nuneaton area. Opportunities range from single-day cover to ongoing placements, with both part-time and full-time options available. You may be delivering pre-prepared lessons, supporting mixed-ability groups, or taking short-term responsibility for a class. Each placement offers the chance to work within friendly, supportive school teams who value clear communication, consistency and a calm, encouraging approach. Whether you enjoy the variety of moving between different schools or prefer settling into one setting for a longer period, we'll help you find roles that align with your strengths and schedule.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
* Confident behaviour management and a warm, supportive manner
* Flexibility to adapt to different routines, expectations and school cultures
* Strong organisational skills and a steady, practical teaching approach
* A commitment to creating a safe, positive learning environment for pupils
