As a DEYA Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth into independent accounts by building strong customer relationships and acting as a key ambassador for the DEYA product, brand and values in the marketplace. The role centres around hands‑on account management, strategic execution, and proactivity in retaining and winning new business, to achieve profitability growth. As a member of the DEYA sales team, you will also support wholesale and group accounts.

The DEYA Brewery HQ is in Cheltenham, where you will attend training sessions; quarterly sales & marketing team meetings; specific customer meetings.

Responsibilities
* Execute the regional sales strategy in line with overall business objectives
* Deliver against set sales targets, KPIs, and budgets
* Drive volume, value, and margin growth across existing customers
* Identify, prospect and secure new customers, that align with the DEYA brand, across on‑trade, off‑trade and key accounts, prioritising independents
* Develop long term partnerships with customers, building strong, trusted relationships with key decision makers
* Act as a brand ambassador, carrying out engaging customer visits, ensuring that the DEYA product and brand is represented consistently and authentically in the marketplace.
* Collaborate closely with the internal Sales & Marketing Team, sharing local market insights across the wider team
* Work closely with accounts on activations, events, and brand building opportunities, in agreement with the sales & marketing leadership team.
* Maintain accurate pipeline management
* Provide regular feedback reports to the sales leadership team
* Excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting, and organisational skills
* Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
* Excellent attention to detail

* Proven experience (2 years) in a field based sales role, ideally within craft / independent beer
* Strong, demonstrable knowledge of the on‑trade and off‑trade landscape in London
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills
* Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team
* Excellent time management, troubleshooting, and organisational skills
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for the DEYA product and brand
