Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the front-of-house team
* Support daily operations and maintain high service standards
* Manage rotas, training, and stock control
* Handle bookings, guest requests, and feedback
* Ensure H&S, licensing, and food hygiene compliance
* Deputise for the General Manager when required
About You
* Management experience in a quality pub, restaurant, or hotel
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Confident leading a busy service and motivating a team
