About The Role
At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play a vital role within the team by ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for delivery to our customers. They champion customer service delivery through efficient coordination of warehouse stock and understand the importance of delivery timeframes.
Main Duties include:
* Checking and storing supplier-delivered parts
* Picking and loading vans accurately and promptly
* Checking customer returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge
* Verifying stock quantities against the computer system while ensuring stock is stored in the correct bin locations
Working hours:
41 hours on average, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday shifts
About You
What you'll need to succeed:
* Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong team player skills
* Efficient work habits with attention to detail
* Understanding of customer service and meeting deadlines
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry (desirable)
