Our client is an international law firm with one of the most respected Intellectual Property practices.
The firm is widely recognised as a market leader in soft IP, advising some of the globe’s most innovative and brand-driven businesses across sectors such as technology, retail, fashion, sports, media, and life sciences.
The Opportunity
Their London-based Soft IP / Brands team is looking for an Associate or Chartered Trade Mark Attorney to work alongside leading practitioners on a diverse, high-profile, and often international caseload.
This is shall be a mixed role of both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including:
* Contentious: trade mark infringement, passing off, brand enforcement, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and IP litigation
* Non-contentious: brand clearance, portfolio strategy and management, trade mark prosecution, licensing, franchising, and commercial agreements
The team will consider those with a bias towards either contentious or non-contentious work, provided you have some experience of the other and are keen to maintain a varied practice.

Requirements
* Qualified IP Solicitor, 2 - 5 PQE
* Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, 2 - 5 PQE
* Experienced in both contentious and non-contentious Soft IP
* Trained at a reputable IP practice
