This is a business with a strong reputation, an experienced advisory team, and a broad client base. As one of their administrators transitions into a paraplanning role, they are now looking to engage with an IFA administrator to join their team. The role is hybrid and offers flexibility around start times, creating a supportive environment for those looking for a better work-life balance. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting a pod of four experienced financial planners. The team covers all areas of advice, with particular expertise in later life planning, and works with a wide range of clients including professionals, entrepreneurs, YouTubers, and influencers. The work is both interesting and rewarding, and the firm is known for offering its staff opportunities to grow and develop within a high-performing but friendly culture. The successful individual would be involved in all aspects of client administration. This includes preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, processing new business, updating the back-office system, liaising with providers, and supporting with Letters of Authority and client communications. There is also scope to contribute to team projects and take on additional responsibilities over time, and the firm encourages internal learning and development. Experience with systems such as Intelligent Office, CashCalc, or FE Analytics would be helpful, though not essential, and full training will be provided where needed.
