We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time (40 hours per week). As an F&B Team Leader (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties… Support to lead and develop the F&B Team (you will be supporting the F&B Managers to lead our team by providing training and support to our team members, helping build the teams capability and leading by example) – experience working in a similar role within a Hospitality environment is required, or detailed evidence of completing supervisory duties within your role! Working in a team to create an excellent environment for our guests, staying aware intolerances and allergies (you will be working closely with our wider F&B team and Kitchen team to ensure our guests have an excellent experience, you will communicate in a positive and clear manner and be aware of existing allergen information and training) – excellent communication and personable skills are essential for this role! Dealing with any detailed guest requests or service recoveries (you will be supporting the team to manage any service-recoveries in an effective manner to produce the best outcomes, and work with any specific guest requests that require an extraordinary level of service) – experience dealing with high-level service recoveries and being able to problem solve on your feet is an essential part of this role!
