Key Responsibilities
* Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across different year groups.
* Assist with learning activities, both one-to-one and in small groups.
* Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Help with classroom preparation, resources, and general administrative tasks.
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
Requirements
* Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
* A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* Availability for flexible working hours across the week.
