Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Leeds based with opportunity to move to London
Location: Leeds City Centre / London after first year
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 with uncapped commission
OTE for First Year: £60,000+

THE ROLE:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients
* Researching companies, markets, and industry trends to identify hiring opportunities
* Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, and job boards
* Approaching candidates professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Screening, assessing, and preparing candidates for presentation to clients
* Managing both candidate and client relationships throughout the process
* Coordinating interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer management
* Ensuring expectations are aligned on both sides to ensure a smooth hiring process
* Developing business development skills to attract and retain new clients
* Building your own market and creating a ‘business within a business’
