You will play a vital role in helping children access learning, regulate their emotions, and develop social and independence skills within a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside class teachers to adapt lessons and resources for pupils with autism. Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, focusing on communication, social interaction, and self-regulation.
