What we are looking for:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 1 teacher to join a vibrant and forward-thinking school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to take on a full time teaching role in either Year 1 or Year 2.
The successful candidate will inspire young learners and support children in building a strong foundation in reading, writing, and numeracy.
Candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we welcome applications from individuals with a genuine commitment to high quality teaching and inclusive practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and engage young children.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
* Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that offers positive relationships and celebrates individuality.
* Collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure students receive the best possible educational experience.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
* Commitment to the safeguarding process (Enhanced DBS check is mandatory).
