Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 basic + Tesla Model 3 car + benefits

We are seeking an experienced and organised Project Manager to join our clients Projects team and take ownership of projects from initial survey through to successful completion.

This role will suit someone who is confident managing multiple live projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery against agreed cost, margin, quality, and time targets.

About the role

Working closely with Sales Engineers, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will help shape quotations, manage the programme of works, and oversee project delivery from conception to handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are well planned, properly controlled, and delivered safely and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Attend UK client sites with Sales Engineers to survey potential new work.
• Support pricing and tendering activity, including the preparation of cost sheets and quotations.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors during the quotation stage.
• Take full responsibility for managing the programme of works once a contract is secured.
• Ensure accurate and timely contract administration and data input.
• Coordinate materials and labour for implementation, keeping all parties informed and aligned.
• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Monitor site progress and take timely action where changes are needed.
• Attend contract meetings and provide clear, timely updates to key stakeholders.
• Complete project sign-off with the client, including handover of operating and maintenance manuals and tutorials.

What we’re looking for

Essentials include a degree or equivalent qualification, experience managing multiple projects, strong organisation and planning skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strong numerical understanding, and proficiency across MS Office.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Desirable experience includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, HND in Building Services or Engineering, SMSTS, and experience in process cooling, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning environments.
