Clublinks is looking for an energetic, hands-on Programs Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality programs across four key venues in Darebin: Bundoora Public Golf Course, Northcote Public Golf Course, Narrandjeri Stadium, and Darebin Community Sports Stadium.

The role
As the Programs Coordinator – Darebin, you’ll support the Darebin Golf Manager and Darebin Stadiums Manager to drive participation, engagement, and positive health and social outcomes through targeted programming.
Your role will contribute to Clublinks’ strategic priorities, including increasing community engagement, boosting female participation, and strengthening partnerships with diverse local groups.
We’re looking for a collaborative, proactive, and innovative individual who’s ready to make a difference.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead the implementation of Clublinks' programming strategy across Golf and Stadium venues
* Collaborate with Venue Managers and Marketing to grow community programs
* Build relationships with community sporting clubs, schools, golf professionals, and local agencies
* Increase program participation and venue utilization with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility
* Evaluate and report on program effectiveness, refining delivery as needed
* Work with marketing to promote programs and share community stories
* Maintain active sector network presence to grow visibility and partnerships
* Participate actively within Golf and Stadium teams
About You
To succeed, you should have:
* Experience in coordinating and delivering community programs in sport and recreation
* Qualifications in Sport/Recreation/Fitness/Community Development (not essential but preferred)
* Ability to connect with diverse community stakeholders
* Proactive problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
* High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for engaging through sport and recreation
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to meet targets and turn strategy into measurable outcomes
* Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR certificates
