The Role Performance Reporting – Boutique Mayfair based global Asset Manager – Strong $ AUM Martis Search is representing a boutique, established Equity & Fixed Income focused Institutional Asset Management company to hire a permanent “Performance Reporting/ Performance Attribution/ Performance Measurement Analyst.” The company are an established and successful global Equity & Fixed Income Asset Manager with strong a strong $ AUM and consistent YoY Funds Performance. The role reports into their Head of Operations and works in a small Investment Operations team. Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of between 1-3-years Performance Attribution experience gained from a reputable Asset Manager. This role is crucial for calculating and reviewing performance returns for funds, client portfolios, and benchmarks. The successful candidate will also lead projects to update performance calculation tools and implement performance attribution systems. -WFH policy: Hybrid with a preference to be in the office more than working-from-home. - Full Spec: TBC this week but some key points are as follows: Key Responsibilities: • Performance Calculation: Calculate and review performance returns for funds, client portfolios, and benchmarks. • Project Management: Own projects from a client reporting perspective, including updating performance calculation tools and implementing performance attribution systems. • Vendor Management: Work with vendors to ensure requirements are met and support the onboarding and rollout of additional services. • Data Analysis: Calculate stock and sector-level attribution, investigate and resolve performance and data queries, and provide peer group analysis. • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting data and reports. • Team Collaboration: Participate in the oversight of outsourced measurement of investment performance and contribute to maintaining performance reporting training materials and procedures. Salary £60,000 k pa - £75,000 k pa plus (dependent upon experience) annual discretionary bonus, pension, healthcare etc.
